Kevin Chaja began his career in post production at Warner Bros Motion Picture Imaging starting in the data department. From there he moved on to Myspace, Filmlight, New Hat, Sony Colorworks, Disney StudioLAB utilizing his expertise in Engineering, Coding Automation, and Business Development. Kevin served as Dolby's head of QA for Dolby Vision and recently served as Sony's Executive Director of Post Production.
Kevin has expanded his knowledge to VR/AR development, with his first project being Color Black Moment, the Augmented Reality tool for autism, mental health, language, and social skills. Kevin has sold Color Black to company EQtainment.
Kevin serves as CEO of From Zero, where further work and research is done with innovative technologies. Kevin also teaches night shift Senior Software Design at California State University Northridge.
With over 15 years of global sales experience in prominent entertainment companies such as ITV Studios, Talpa, and Banijay, Lucie has a proven track record of industry-leading partnerships that consistently delivered results and sustainable international growth. Working with major consumer brands, agencies, retailers, live entertainment, gaming, and tech companies, for the world’s leading entertainment IPs such as The Voice, Love Island, Hell's Kitchen, and Schitt's Creek, she has extensive experience in creating partnerships that deliver value for all parties.
As the former Head of Brand Partnerships & Licensing at ITV Studios, she held responsibility for global brand partnerships and licensing across ITV’s partner network in over 65 countries. Additionally, she spearheaded innovation initiatives, leading the way in pioneering new platforms such as Roblox, The Sandbox, and Decentraland.
As a co-founder of Stardust Publishing, a company that produces and distributes books for children and young adults, Kim is passionate about creating engaging and inspiring stories that spark curiosity and imagination. She oversees the marketing and event management of their publications, leveraging her skills in digital strategy, advertising, and social networking to reach and connect with their target audiences.
In addition to her role at Stardust Publishing, she also offers her expertise as a business consultant to Ryff, a platform that enables content creators to monetize their work. She helps them develop and execute their fundraising and growth strategies, drawing from her 11.5 years of experience as the CEO and founder of Benevolent Enabler, a successful nonprofit organization that supports social and environmental causes. Her mission is to empower creative and innovative entrepreneurs who want to make a positive impact in the world.
